What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return/exchange policy for items shipped within the US, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return must be initiated and shipped within the 14 days.

Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange/return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and be free from all make-up, hair, stains and smells (including perfume). It must also have not been washed or altered in any way. Please ensure the returned merchandise adheres to all the conditions listed above.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will receive a refund, minus the cost of the return shipping label. This is usually $7-10 depending on distance.
To exchange for a different size/item, the same steps apply. Once the item makes its way back to us, we will send out the new one.
International purchases are final sale due to higher shipping and duty prices.
